After an incredible experience at the FIRST World Championship last year, we set the goal to consistently reach that level of excellence. Heavy use last season left crucial tools, such as our 3D printers, unable to meet our current needs. Every donation will help us build a more polished robot and expand our FIRST Aid Program, whether through higher quality prints, more efficient manufacturing, improved equipment, or by allowing us to acquire the resources listed here. Why Donate?
The MegaKnytes have been privileged to compete in the FIRST Tech Challenge Program for the past ten years. Since our first season in 2016, our team has significantly grown our technical and team skills. This development allowed us to succeed at various competitions, culminating in our most recent honor of winning the 2nd place Inspire Award for our division at the FIRST Worlds Championship, one of only six teams in the world
Our involvement with FIRST has also made a lasting impact on those in our community and school. We help host an annual STEM Festival as well as a fifth-grade robotics club. What's more, we created a program called FIRST Aid to use STEM to help those with limited mobility.
